Sales funnels, CRM and follow-up systems

Your funnel has a load‑bearing human. It’s you.

I’m Job Galido. I build sales funnels for established service businesses: the pages people land on, and the CRM, pipelines and follow-up behind them. I start by finding out which part is losing you clients, because it’s usually not the part you’re worried about.

Sometimes the problem is the page. More often it’s what happens right after someone fills in your form.

Clients I’ve worked with

  • Shine Executive Coaching
  • Socially Polished
  • Gaia Media Group
  • The Prism Effect
  • Taxi Mom

Something between the first inquiry and the signed client isn’t working. You just can’t point at it.

Count how many of these you’ve said this year:

pick the ones that sound familiar

Four or more and this isn’t a discipline problem. Your business grew faster than your systems did — client work came first, which was the right call every time and an expensive one over three years.

The thing that annoys you is rarely the thing costing you money.

  • An outdated pageis a symptom.
  • A messy CRMis a symptom.
  • Tools that don’t talk to each otheris a symptom.
  • Follow-up that only happens when you rememberis a symptom.

All of these can be true while the real problem is somewhere else.

I’ve met people who were sure they needed a new website. The page was fine. The problem started the moment someone hit submit: nobody was told, and nothing happened for two days. I’ve seen the opposite too — a well-organized CRM sitting behind a page that no longer explained what the business had become.

The question isn’t what looks outdated. It’s where you’re losing clients, or losing evenings.

Job Galido, founder of Job Creatives

Hi, I’m Job Galido

One person for the page and the system behind it.

Most people who could help you do one half of this. A designer builds the page. An automation person builds the workflows. Nobody owns the handoff between them, which is where most things break.

I do both. That means I can tell you which half is actually your problem, instead of selling you the half I’m better at.

What your leads see

  • Landing pages and sales pages
  • Forms, applications, qualification
  • Confirmation pages that tell people what happens next
  • The step from free thing to paid thing
  • Which button matters most, what it says, and what proof sits beside it

What runs behind it

  • GoHighLevel setup, cleanup and migration
  • Pipelines and stages that match how you actually sell
  • Lead routing, and getting your forms talking to your CRM
  • Follow-up, nurture and no-show sequences
  • Notifications and handoffs, so the right person knows in time
  • Stalled leads and closed/lost, handled properly

What I’m really building is the path from this looks interesting to where do I sign — as one journey, not a set of separate parts.

Whoever you ask will recommend their own specialty.

That’s not a criticism — it’s what specializing does. But it means the answer you get depends on who you called, not on what’s actually wrong. Everyone below is good at their job. Their job is also the only lens they have:

pick one

Doing both halves isn’t me finding more to sell you. It’s what lets me tell you the problem isn’t where you thought it was — and leave the parts that already work alone.

Sometimes the honest answer is: Don’t touch it.

If your sales page is converting, it stays. If your CRM is messy but leads still get where they need to go, we leave it and fix what’s actually costing you money. Knowing what not to rebuild is most of what you’re paying for.

Recent work

The part you can see.

Design work, before and after. What happens after someone clicks is harder to show, so ask me about that on the call.

After: the rebuilt page
Before: the original page

Relationship Coach

Before
A DIY page that explained the offer, but didn’t yet feel like a premium brand or intentional sales journey.
After
A branded, conversion-focused sales experience built around the premium, sexy feel the client wanted.
Why
The offer itself wasn’t the problem. The presentation was. I reorganized the content, strengthened the visual hierarchy, elevated the social proof, and created a clearer journey toward the offer.

Same offer. A completely different level of sales experience.

After: the launched offer page

Executive Coach

Challenge
A new offer with no existing sales page.
Solution
A polished, conversion-focused launch page built from scratch.
Why
The goal was to make the program feel clear, credible, and premium from day one.

Built from the ground up for a new course or program launch.

Kind words, mostly about the design work.

Look first. Recommend second. Build only what needs building.

Nothing starts with a build. Nobody can price a build honestly before looking at what’s already there.

  1. 01

    The Funnel Fit Call

Thirty minutes, and it’s a discovery call — I’ve just given it a name. You show me how you sell now and what’s been bothering you most, and I ask questions. I won’t diagnose anything on the call; that comes out of stage 02. What I will tell you is whether this looks like something I can help with.

  2. 02

    A proper look

We map how someone gets from first interest to signed client today, and write it down. Where they come from, what they land on, what they fill in, what happens next, who follows up, and what happens when they go quiet. Missing steps count — that’s often the finding.

  3. 03

    What I’d do about it

Every part gets one of six decisions, with my reasoning attached, so you can disagree. Most parts get “leave it.” You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before anything is built.

    • Leave it
    • Tidy it
    • Connect it
    • Automate it
    • Bin it
    • Rebuild it
  4. 04

    Building it

I build what you agreed to, starting with whatever is blocking the most. Nothing gets rebuilt to increase the invoice.

  5. 05

Proving it, then handing it over

A real lead goes all the way through — form, pipeline, follow-up, booked — so we both know it works. Then you get the map, the documentation and the walkthrough videos. Success isn’t that the workflow exists. It’s a lead getting all the way through while you’re busy with something else, and you knowing exactly how it happened.

Is this for you?

Probably yes if

  • You have an offer that sells, and leads already come in.
  • Your sale takes a few steps: explaining, qualifying, a call, then following up until they decide.
  • You’re a coach, consultant, agency or professional services firm. Solo or a small team.
  • You built your current setup yourself. It works, but only because someone remembers.
  • Something between “they got in touch” and “they’re a client” is manual, invisible, or depends on you.

Probably not if

  • You need more leads. That’s not me. No ads, no SEO, no outbound, no appointment setting. I work on what happens after someone is already interested.
  • You’re still testing whether the offer sells. Do that first. It’s cheaper.
  • You want a website or a logo with no sales process attached.
  • You want the software set up without discussing what it’s supposed to do.

Questions people actually ask.

How does this start?

With a Funnel Fit Call — thirty minutes, free. If it’s a fit, the next step is mapping how you sell today, before anything gets built or quoted.

What does it cost?

It depends what we find, and I’d rather not guess at a number before I know what we’re solving. That’s what the mapping stage is for: it ends with a fixed scope and a fixed price, before anything gets built. On the call I’ll tell you what that stage involves and what it costs, so you know what you’d be deciding on.

Do we actually need a new funnel?

Maybe not. That’s what the first stage is for. If your pages are converting, they stay.

We only need our intake automated.

That can be the whole job. If the website and form are working, we start after someone hits submit: CRM, pipeline stages, follow-up, notifications, handoffs.

We only need the landing page fixed.

That’s fine too. If the system behind it is running and the gap is what people see, that’s where the work stays.

Can you just set up GoHighLevel?

Yes, when that’s what’s needed. I’ll still want to understand the process it’s supposed to run first. Automating something undefined usually just makes it fail faster.

Do I have to use GoHighLevel?

It’s what I’m strongest in and usually the right choice. But we work out the business problem before the software. We’ll talk about fit on the call.

What if our setup is a mess?

That’s expected. Half-built funnels and half-configured CRMs are the normal starting point. The job is working out what’s worth keeping, tidying, connecting or replacing.

Do you do lead generation?

No. Ads, SEO, outbound and appointment setting are somebody else’s job.

Will I end up with even more software to manage?

Not necessarily. Removing tools is a legitimate recommendation. And you get documentation and walkthrough videos, so it still makes sense once I’m gone.

How long does it take?

It depends what we find. A small automation build and a full rebuild are very different jobs, which is the whole reason for looking first.

Let’s find out what’s still resting on you.

Thirty minutes. You walk me through how you sell today and tell me which part of it is bothering you most; I ask questions until I understand the shape of it. I won’t diagnose it on the call — what I’d change comes out of mapping the whole journey properly, and that isn’t something to guess at in half an hour. This is where we find out whether it’s worth doing. No slide deck, no surprise proposal.
