Privacy & your data
This site has one form on it. This page explains exactly what that form collects, where it goes, how long I keep it, and how to make me delete it.
It is written to be read, not to protect me. If something here is unclear, ask and I’ll rewrite it.
What I don’t do
Worth saying first, because it rules out most of what a privacy page usually has to cover:
- No cookies. This site sets none at all, which is why you never saw a cookie banner.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no ad tracking, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No profiling and no automated decisions. A person — me — reads every booking.
- Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else for their own purposes.
- No marketing list. Booking a call does not subscribe you to anything. There is no newsletter.
What the booking form collects
Only what you type into it on the Funnel Fit Call page. Nothing on this site collects anything about you before that.
About you
- First and last name, and email address — required, so I can send the invite.
About your business
- Business or brand name, and website.
- Who you help and what result you get them.
- Your typical engagement size, where your leads come from, what software you run, where you suspect the gap is, what prompted you to book, and how you heard about me.
- Anything else you choose to add in the free-text box.
These exist so the call is useful rather than thirty minutes of me asking basic questions. Only the ones marked required on the form are required.
Collected automatically with the booking
- The time slot you picked and your time zone, so the invite lands at the right hour for you.
- The page that referred you, and the time you submitted.
- Campaign tags from the link you arrived on (utm_ parameters or a ref code), if it had any, so I know which post or link brought you.
That is the complete list. The form has one hidden field, a spam trap that people never fill in, and it is dropped before anything is sent. Nothing is added to your answers automatically, and no tool looks you up.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, what you typed is sent over an encrypted connection to three places, all of which are tools I use to run the business:
- Google — the booking is written to my Google Calendar and the invite is emailed to you. Google Workspace acts as my processor.
- ClickUp — the lead is written to my CRM so I can follow up without relying on memory.
- My email inbox — I get a notification with your answers.
It is not stored on this website. There is no database here to break into.
Other companies involved in this site
- Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Loading a font tells Google your IP address, as it would on most of the web.
- Vimeo hosts the video testimonial — but the player is only loaded if you click play. If you don’t click, Vimeo is never contacted and sets nothing.
What I use it for
One thing: preparing for our call and following up afterwards. Your answers are reference material, so I turn up already knowing what your business does instead of spending the first fifteen minutes asking. That is the entire purpose.
As part of that preparation I read your website and other public information about your business, such as your social profiles and directory listings. I may use an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) to help me research and organize my notes. It sees your answers and that public information, nothing more.
I don’t use it to build a marketing list, to profile you, to train anything, or for any purpose you didn’t come here for. If that ever changed, I’d ask you first rather than quietly update this page.
How long I keep it
Not indefinitely — and how long is one of the things you’re entitled to know, so here it is plainly:
- If we don’t end up working together: I delete your form answers within 12 months.
- If we do work together: for the length of the project, and afterwards for as long as tax and contract law requires me to keep business records.
- Calendar entries, emails and my call-prep notes follow the same schedule.
You can ask me to delete it sooner than any of that. See below.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask me to:
- tell you what I hold about you,
- send you a copy of it,
- correct anything wrong,
- delete it, or
- stop using it.
If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you these rights formally, and my lawful basis for handling your booking is legitimate interest — you asked for a call, and I need your answers to hold it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK that is the ICO.
I don’t require a reason and I don’t charge for any of this. Ask, and I’ll confirm when it’s done.
Getting in touch about your data
Email hello@jobcreatives.com and say what you want done. I’m the person who reads it — there is no team and no ticket queue.
Job Galido, trading as Job Creatives, is the data controller for everything described on this page.
If I change how any of this works, I’ll update this page and change the date at the top. I won’t start collecting something new without saying so here first.
